Poker? Think deeply about it

Hello!!!
I started playing poker in 2006 after seeing the James Bond movie “Casino Royale”. For me, poker seemed to be an interesting game, with so much strategy and thinking. I wanted to learn as much as possible about poker.
I think that today, there is a lot more information about poker, and also much more publicity about the game, than there was in 2006. In Portuguese, for example, today you can find books and articles about poker. Back in 2006, all I had was information in English. At that time I didn’t speak English very well, so learning about poker was difficult, but I read anything I could get anyways. J
I’m saying these things because I believe that everyone who wants to play poker seriously has to look for information and study the game. It’s almost impossible to make money playing poker without studying because the game changes every day and also because you need to analyze what you’re doing and how you’re doing.
I’ve read poker articles and books by Phil Gordon, Collin Moshaman, Dan Harrington and others, but it all depends on what you’re seeking in poker. I am still studying of course. It’s impossible to stop.
Which games do you want to explore, and, more importantly: what is your plan?
I play SNG and MTT in NL Hold’em and Omaha High because I really enjoy these games.  To help my game I also use a HUD to study and understand where I’m improving and what I need to do to improve my game even more.
I’m writing this article to make you really think about what your purpose is when playing poker. Believe me, when you figure that out, I’m sure you going to find a way to make it work. All you have to do is just ask yourself: what am I looking for in poker?
Cheers!
Dree
